Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Sublimation Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) are processed and shipped. By placing an order on sublimationstudio.ca, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order processing time

Most of our products are custom-made using sublimation printing. Because of this, orders require processing and production time before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Bulk or large orders: Processing time may be longer and will be communicated to you
  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays

During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping destinations

We currently ship:

  • Across Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • International shipping may be available on request (additional fees, duties and regulations apply)

3. Shipping carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order depends on destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been shipped and may vary depending on location and shipping method.

Other Canadian provinces 4–8 business days
Remote / rural areas May take longer

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect transit times.

5. Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Free or promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the Site.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to re-shipping fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors provided by the customer

8. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue

Replacement or refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Customs, duties & taxes (International orders)

For international shipments (if applicable):

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Orders refused due to unpaid duties may not be eligible for refund

10. Split shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or production schedule. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

11. Changes or cancellations

Because our products are custom-made, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If production has already started, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
